We respect your privacy and we take different measures to protect your confidential and private information. Some of these measures are:
Non-Disclosure Agreements
-
With Clients: To ensure the security and confidentiality of information, we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with the client that ensures that all private information is respected.
Internal (With Our Employees): Our professionals sign an NDA where they agree that they cannot disclose, use, copy, publish, transform, or release any information from our facility. Our policy suggests that all ideas and relevant records have to be disclosed to the organization, and all details pertaining to any idea, process, trademark, service mark, invention, technology, computer program, original work of authorship, design, formula, discovery, patent, or copyright conceived or developed needs to be disclosed to the company.
-
Since we have dedicated teams and professionals for different projects, they are allocated dedicated physical infrastructure such as systems. The network access is as independent as possible to protect IP security of clients.
-
We discourage our teams for using removable media in office premises. These policies apply to every member of Xtreme Design and Engineering, to ensure consistency.
