Xtreme Design and Engineering has a well-defined, robust and tested business continuity plan that ensures that our operations are not disrupted for any reason. The objective of this plan is to have a ready framework that helps us continue critical offshore projects and operations by handling anything that causes serious disruption to our operations. The basic guidelines in BCP (Business Continuity Plan) include safety of our professionals, security of infrastructure including network and systems, and safety of our intellectual property and other facilities in our office such as for power, stationery.
Power System
We have an excellent power backup system where our facilities are capable to run on backup power for 36 to 48 hours.
Internet Connectivity
We ensure 100% internet connectivity by having multiple dedicated high speed connections from alternate service providers.
Handling Emergency
Our professionals are trained on how to respond in emergency situations such as fire breakout, quake, or in medical emergency to an individual. The office has adequate arrangements for fire extinguishers, alternate exits, and smoke alarms.
